**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR USA CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ BELOW**

USA SHIPPING INFORMATION 29th August 2025 onwards -

There are now customs charges payable on all orders shipping to the USA. Previously fees were payable only on orders over $800, however now even small orders will be subject to a fee. The calculation is based on where the product was made. Items made in the UK which includes our paper goods - cards, wrapping paper, notebooks etc and iron on patches are subject to 10% charges. Items made in China which include our pins, jewellery and temporary tattoos are slightly higher. For example, 1 rose enamel pin has a £3.35 additional customs charge plus admin fees. This is payable in advance and is remitted by Royal Mail to the US authorities in order to avoid the tariffs being charged on delivery and items being returned. This means the cost of shipping to the USA will be increasing to take the tariffs in to account.
