Retail Terms & Conditions

These Retail Terms & Conditions
("Agreement") govern all retail purchases made from Rosie Wonders Ltd
("Supplier", "we", "us", or "our") by
the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By
placing a retail order through our website or authorised retail channels, you
agree to be bound by these terms.

1. PRODUCTS
Rosie Wonders Ltd offers temporary tattoos, greeting cards, and related
products ("Products"). Our products are manufactured in the United
Kingdom and/or China and are intended for external, decorative or gifting use.

2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, discontinue products, or
correct pricing errors at any time.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched from the UK. We aim to ship within 5–7
business days unless otherwise notified.

    • Delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping
      method.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon dispatch.

        • 5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Retail customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days of
receipt in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must
be returned in original, unused condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the Customer unless the
item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon safe
return of the goods.

    • For hygiene reasons, temporary tattoos cannot be returned unless defective.


6. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

    • All products must be used in accordance with any included
      instructions or warnings.
    • Temporary tattoos are for external use only and not suitable for
      children under 3 years old.
    • Tattoos manufactured by Chuangjia Cultural Gifts (Dongguan) Co.,
      Ltd. meet the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements andare registered under certificate number EUREP-20 25010210200675988.
    • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test a small area before
      full application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

    • Rosie Wonders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or
      consequential damages, including allergic reactions or misuse of the
      Products.
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the
      products for their intended use.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
