Unfortunately we do not accept returns for bespoke items or products made to order. If you have any questions regarding these products please email rosie@rosiewonders.co.uk prior to ordering.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
For all other products returns are accepted 14 days from order date. Please notify us on rosie@rosiewonders.co.uk within 7 days of order date to arrange a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in perfect condition. We cannot refund delivery costs. When returning products we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Rosie Wonders will not accept liablity for items lost in the post whilst being returned.
